Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchases, which is why we offer FREE returns and exchanges (some limitations apply).  We inspect all our inventory at receipt to ensure high quality products, and our product descriptions include our real Mom sizing advice.

If you receive an item that is not satisfactory, we want to hear from you.

We have a 30-day return policy, and we ask that all return requests be submitted within 30 days of receipt of your order to ensure a maximum refund.

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number, email confirmation or other information to help us identify your original order.


To start a return, you can use our contact form or email us at info@littlemonkeyskids.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on some sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item, please let us know when requesting your return, and we will provide further instruction.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of your returned items. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, refunds may be denied for any item not returned in original, new condition.  You will be notified if your refund request is denied, and the item(s) will be returned to you upon request.
